Shipping is a flat rate, applied at checkout for each of these destinations.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can follow up with Australia Post on your behalf.We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist. We may ask for photos of the packaging and damaged items to help us lodge a claim with Australia Post.In most cases, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will arrange a refund.

Returns
We will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the receipt of purchase.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. The items must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
Exchanges
.We are unable to ship exchanges, however online purchases can be exchanged in-store within 30 days of the receipt of purchase with your invoice as proof of purchase.

We use Australia Post for safe delivery of your purchases, and whilst all care is taken to meet delivery timeframes, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
